NYC ‘On Pointe Dance Festival’ 2026

Don’t miss the third annual New York City ‘On Pointe Dance Festival’, a two-day, two program performance series bringing ballet’s full-bodied stylistic spectrum of bold and beautiful works – from elegantly Classical to dynamically Contemporary – performed exclusively on pointe. Curated by NYC’s Neville Dance Theatre, the festival celebrates and showcases the excitement, virtuosity, and athleticism of ballet through world premieres and repertory selections from Neville Dance Theatre and eleven guest choreographers, artists, and companies. Friday, May 8, 7:30pm ET ‘Program A’ includes world premieres by Ashley Taylor and Niamh Rollins plus repertory by Neville Dance Theatre (choreographers Brenda Neville, Billy Blanken, Fredrick Davis), Ballet Embody (Melissa Lineburg), Pangea Dance Collective (Claire Pennington), Syracuse City Ballet (Jayson Douglas), and Thomas/Ortiz Dance (Ted Thomas and Frances Ortiz).
