Pointe Live! Classes and Conversations

This half-day event will start with 90-minute master classes from two renowned ballerinas: international guest artist and former American Ballet Theatre principal Sarah Lane and Alonzo King LINES dancer Adji Cissoko. Participants will be able to glean their expertise from the worlds of classical and contemporary ballet with time for autographs and photographs afterwards. After a quick break for lunch, we will host a one-hour panel discussion with Lane, Cissoko, and other special guests on the topic of starting a ballet career, as well as the joys and challenges of life as a professional dancer. There will be time for a Q&A at the end of the discussion.
