Colburn School Dance Academy audition for the 2024 Dance Academy Summer Intensive and the 2024–25 Dance Academy

Led by Dean Margaret Tracey, the Colburn School Dance Academy is a rigorous pre-professional ballet program located in the heart of Los Angeles, for students aged 14-17. The one-week Dance Academy Summer Intensive runs from June 17 to June 22, 2024, and is an opportunity for students to enhance their ballet training and experience life on the beautiful Colburn campus, before moving on to their longer summer training programs. Classes will include but are not limited to ballet technique, contemporary, partnering, conditioning, and exploring approaches to artistic perspectives through conversations and various repertoire. Students will grow through close work with Colburn’s distinguished faculty and special guest teachers. Students can audition for the one-week Dance Academy Summer Intensive and/or the 2024–25 Colburn School Dance Academy at the same audition. Video applications will also be accepted.
